Short bio
Patrick Meniboon is a keynote speaker, author, and management consultant with more than 18 years of Fortune 100 experience. A lifelong stutterer and two-time reluctant class valedictorian, he became a 2015 Toastmasters District 6 International Speech Contest finalist and went on to speak professionally. His work helps people and businesses recognize overlooked value and put it to work.
Extended bio
Patrick was a two-time reluctant class valedictorian. He skipped one graduation and tried to skip the other to avoid speaking because of his stutter.
He later entered competitive public speaking and became a 2015 Toastmasters District 6 International Speech Contest finalist, one contest win away from the World Championship of Public Speaking semifinals that year.
That year, 96 district winners advanced to the semifinals from a field of 30,000 contestants. Patrick reached the district final. He later went on to become a professional speaker while his stutter remained.
His speaking and consulting share a question: what value is already here, but has yet to be recognized or put to work? His business work draws on more than 18 years of Fortune 100 experience across value strategy, process architecture, and AI adoption.

Who Gets to Decide?
Keeping the Human in the Lead in an AI-Enabled Organization
